Through the art of therapy, you will learn how to "fish". You will learn how to cast out the net understanding and, in doing so, you will learn how to successfully negotiate the various "tides" of your life. You will be on your way to feeding yourself for your lifetime.

As a integrative therapist, my goal is to help you uncover your true potential and lead a life that is purposeful and rewarding. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can understand the past and make peace with any "unfinished business" you may be carrying with you into your present situation. If your challenges are rooted more in the present, we will examine, explore and work to remedy the concerns you bring to therapy.

Whether past or present, we will partner together to better comprehend and survey the current adversities in your life. And by applying complementary therapy approaches, we will identify, undertake and then endeavor to remove the barriers that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Therapy can sometimes seem like a tough undertaking. But approached with determination, honesty and an open mind and heart, it holds the potential to be a life changing experience.
